The Moth Treatment Company
Chemical-free freeze treatment in London
Discreet collection and return for wardrobes, rugs, antiques and suitable hospitality furnishings affected by pests.

Tell us what needs protecting
Our London service covers enquiries about clothes moths, carpet and museum beetles, woodworm and bed bugs within suitable removable items. You can start with the objects rather than a confirmed insect diagnosis.
We work with private households, estate managers, hotels and heritage archives. Share an item list so that material, condition and size can be assessed.
London collection areas
Our London catchment includes the areas below. These are collection locations, not branch offices.
Make access part of the enquiry
Whether collection is from a home, hotel or archive, tell us about stairs, lifts, loading space and any service-entrance requirements. Include dimensions for furniture, mattresses and large rugs.
A clear brief helps us discuss collection without asking you to dismantle, move or repack valuable pieces unnecessarily.
Off-site treatment, then an agreed return
Suitable items enter a dedicated chamber for the Cryo-Conservation Cycle. The standard service is 14 days end to end, including two freezes, a controlled thaw between them and a final controlled thaw.
Treatment of collected items is only part of dealing with an infestation. Cleaning, monitoring or other treatment at the property may also be needed.
Frequently asked questions
Can I include clothes, rugs and furniture in one enquiry?
Yes. Give us the full list and any condition concerns. We assess suitability individually.
Do you treat hotel rooms on site?
This service treats suitable removable items off site. Bed bug work should form part of a coordinated room-treatment plan.
